Integrity Solutions

Finding the helper is only half the job. The other half is us.

Integrity Solutions places live-in domestic helpers with Malaysian families — and stays involved long after she arrives.

Placement consultant, Integrity Solutions

You'll deal with one person. Not a call centre.

Christine has spent 7 years placing domestic helpers with Malaysian families. She screens every profile herself before it reaches you — you will never be forwarded a stack of biodata to sift through. If a candidate isn't right for your household, you won't see her.

Three ways to hire. We'll tell you which one fits.

Every option below goes through the legal permit process. The difference is timing, cost and what you're committing to.

Ready Maid

A helper already in Malaysia who transfers to your household through the formal process — JTKSM supporting letter, KDN approval, and a new permit issued in your name.

from RM[FILL]

  • New permit issued in your name
  • JTKSM supporting letter + KDN approval
  • Approval not guaranteed — no date promised

Who it's for
Families who need someone sooner and can accept that approval isn't guaranteed.
Cost
[FILL — transfer package fee] + from RM[FILL]/month salary
Realistic timeline
Faster than a fresh recruitment, but we won't quote you a date. It depends on KDN approval and on her current employer signing.
Not right for you if
Her current employer won't cooperate, or her permit isn't valid. In either case the transfer cannot proceed and we will say so rather than take your deposit.

A transfer is only lawful when a new permit is issued in your name. If any agency offers you a helper whose permit stays under someone else's name, you would be the one prosecuted, not them.

Most chosen

Fresh Maid

from RM11,000

Families who want a clean start and can plan ahead.
Cost
RM11,000 – 12,500 placement + from RM1,500/month salary
Realistic timeline
3–6 months from confirmed interview to arrival.
Not right for you if
You need someone within weeks. Nobody can do that legally, including us.

Monthly Rental

No large lump sum upfront. You pay a fixed monthly amount that covers the placement cost over [FILL] months instead of paying it in two payments.

RM[FILL]/month

  • No large upfront placement payment
  • Fixed monthly amount over [FILL] months
  • 6-month replacement guarantee

Who it's for
Families who want to hire properly but can't put the full amount down at once.
Cost
RM[FILL]/month over [FILL] months, plus the helper's monthly salary from RM1,500
Realistic timeline
Depends on whether you take a Ready Maid or a Fresh Maid under this plan.
Not right for you if
You want short-term help. This is still a two-year employment commitment.

[FILL — state whether the monthly plan is offered directly by us with no interest or financing charge, or name the licensed financing partner and their licence number.]

Why families choose us

01

The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Full cost breakdown given in writing before any deposit. No mid-process charges, no surprise levy top-ups.

02

Matched to your household, not to our stock.

We profile your household first — elderly care, newborn, cooking style, language spoken at home, rest day and festival arrangements — then shortlist. If nobody fits, we tell you to wait.

03

Our work starts after she arrives.

One named consultant, structured check-ins at day 7, day 30 and day 90, and a direct line when friction happens — because it will.

The questions you're too polite to ask an agent. Answered.

No deflection. If an answer depends on your case, we say so.

What we'll tell you that others won't.

Three things most agencies avoid saying, because saying them can lose a sale.

Phone use

Don't ban her phone completely.

Employers ask us this constantly. A total ban makes the placement fail — few helpers will accept it, and the ones who do tend to leave. Restrict use during working hours instead. That works, and it's the arrangement we help you set in writing on day one.

Rest day

She gets one rest day a week. This isn't negotiable, and it's in your interest.

It's the standard under the Malaysia–Indonesia agreement, and it's also the single biggest predictor of whether a placement lasts. If your household needs cover on her rest day, tell us at the profiling stage and we'll plan for it.

Expectations

A first-time helper needs training, not just instructions.

Helpers coming to Malaysia for the first time have no local habits to unlearn and adapt quickly to how your household runs — but the first month is training, and treating it that way is what separates placements that work from placements that don't.

What it costs, in full, before you pay anything.

Every figure below is confirmed in your written quotation before a deposit is collected.

How it works

Recruitment from Indonesia runs through the official One Channel System. From confirmed interview to arrival is 3–6 months, depending on the permit queue.

Anyone promising a helper in two weeks is not using the legal channel. Ask them which one they are using.

  1. Consultation

What happens: We talk through what you need and what the process realistically involves.

What you do: Tell us your situation — no documents needed yet.

  2. Household profiling

What happens: We record care needs, cooking, language at home, rest day cover and festival arrangements.

What you do: Answer our profiling questions with your family, honestly.

  3. Shortlist & video interview

What happens: We present candidates who fit the profile, with verified work history.

What you do: Interview her by video and decide, or ask us to keep looking.

  4. Documentation & permit — One Channel System

What happens: We prepare and submit the permit, medical, levy and insurance paperwork through the official channel. This stage is the bulk of the 3–6 months.

What you do: Sign the short list of documents only the employer can sign.

  5. Weekly written status updates

What happens: Every week, in writing, you get where the application stands and what is outstanding — including the weeks where nothing has moved.

What you do: Nothing. Read it, and ask if something is unclear.

  6. Arrival & orientation

What happens: She arrives, completes kitchen and household orientation, and starts work. The balance is due at this point, not earlier.

What you do: Walk her through your home and routine on day one.

  7. Day 7, 30 and 90 follow-up

What happens: Christine calls at each checkpoint and records anything that needs fixing.

What you do: Raise friction early — that is what the calls are for.
