How long does it actually take from interview to arrival?

Is a weekly rest day required?

Yes. One rest day a week is the standard under the Malaysia–Indonesia agreement, it is written into the employment contract before arrival, and it is the single biggest predictor of whether a placement lasts. If you need cover on that day, tell us at the profiling stage.

What documents do I receive before she arrives?

Her passport details, her FOMEMA medical result and the permit approval — all three, before she boards. You also receive the signed employment contract and your itemised quotation.

What are the replacement guarantee terms?

Replacement is covered for 6 months from her arrival. The conditions are stated in your agreement before you pay a deposit: the salary and rest day terms in the contract were honoured, the request is raised through us, and the remaining permit and levy costs of the replacement are as itemised in the quotation.
